Global Institute  (GI)

A dynamic vocational college located in Sydney’s CBD offering quality Commercial Cookery and hospitality with work placement provide up to 400 hours during study. Global Institute provided new facilities for Commercial Cookery and tons of resources online in student portal. Practicing kitchen class will be at Darlinghurst. We also own a nice and cosy café called “Jamie’s Kitchen” at the same venue as kitchen class. We also specialise in Hospitality range from Certificate IV, Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.
